7. Contact Details

NoahFace Visitor Registration allows you to collect contact details for each visitor. The name and phone number for each visitor are always requested, however, the entry of a phone number can be made optional by configuring the “nophone” attribute in your Screen details:

You can also optionally collect up to two additional attributes (eg: a company name and license number) for each visitor. To capture these attributes, just specify the “type” and/or “card” options in your Screen details:

These additional attributes will be collected after the visitor’s phone number and will be stored in the visitor’s “User Type” and “Card Number” fields respectively. For example:
