Appendix D: Manager Sites

By default, Managers using NoahFace Go have visibility of employees across all sites.

However, it is possible to restrict Managers so they can only see employees at a single site.

There are three ways to do this as follows:

User Site

To restrict managers to only see users that have the same Site as the manager, specify the following in your Screen Details:

site=user

This is the most common approach when you have a single mobile Access Point.

Access Point Site

To restrict managers to only see users that have the same Site as your mobile Access Point, specify the following in your Screen Details:

site=accesspoint

Specified Site

To restrict a manager to only see users that have a specific Site, specify the name of that site in your Screen Details. For example:

site=Melbourne
