Job Cost Tracking

Staff record their time spent on each job using a mounted iPad shared by all staff or using their mobile phones.

Job numbers can be entered manually or scanned from a barcoded job sheet. You can optionally require staff to select work types for more detailed job costing.

Time records are maintained securely in the Cloud where they can be searched, reported on, and exported.

This provides complete visibility of how many hours were spent on each job, allowing you to accurately on-charge work to your customers.

iPad Job Tracking

NoahFace runs on an iPad mounted in your workshop or service centre, optionally with an adjacent barcode gun.

To start work on a job, staff present themselves to NoahFace, which will automatically recognise them using facial recognition technology. This touchless identification process is perfect in manufacturing environments where workers often have dirty, greasy, and sweaty fingers.

Staff then either enter a job number or scan a barcode on a job sheet. You can optionally require staff to select work types from a pick list or to scan them from barcodes.

Collecting work types enables more detailed job costing.Staff can present themselves throughout the day to complete a job and start another, to record a break, or to clock out.

iPad Task Tracking

NoahFace runs on an iPad mounted at your point of entry or in a staff common area. Staff simply present themselves when they arrive at work, and again before they leave.

NoahFace compares their face with known faces using facial recognition technology. If there is a match, it proceeds to the clocking screen. There are three modes of operation as follows:

Manual Mode
Two separate Clock In and Clock Out buttons are displayed.

Auto Mode
Either a Clock In or a Clock Out button is displayed as appropriate (based on the last clocking action).

No Touch Mode
A clocking event is automatically recorded, without requiring any button presses.

Mobile Job Tracking

NoahFace runs on each employee's iPhone or Android phone.

To start work on a job, staff simply open the NoahFace Go App, press "Start Job", and either enter a job number or scan a barcode on a job sheet. You can optionally require staff to select work types from a pick list or to scan them from barcodes. Collecting work types enables more detailed job costing.

Staff can re-open the App throughout the day to complete a job and start another, to record a break, or to clock out.
